Borel
has had a tremendous career as a female shot put star.
In 2000 & 2001 she was among the top eight finishers
in the NCAA Championships, a year later she became the
first at UMBC to become an NCAA Champion. She has
competed in 4 World Championships and one Olympics Games
for her home country Trinidad.
